The International Swimming League (ISL) has announced two more major captures for its upcoming inaugural season after France’s Marie Wattel and Belgium’s Pieter Timmers confirmed they’ll be part of the competition.
Just one day after the London Roar—led by British swimming star Adam Peaty—recruited NCAA champions Vini Lanza, European Championships gold medal-winner Wattel took to Twitter to announce she’ll also be part of the outfit based in England’s capital.
However, 2016 Olympic silver medallist Timmers posted on Instagram and said he will be heading to join Iron Swim Budapest in the Hungarian capital, led by three-time Olympic champion Katinka Hosszu.
