easyBet is the betting brand of Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou’s easyGroup, the family that includes easyJet, and it does things a little differently from a high-street bookmaker. Instead of a traditional sportsbook it runs two products: easyBet Predictions, where you take a yes or no position on an outcome priced as a percentage, and the easyBet Exchange, which is powered by sister brand Matchbook and shares its liquidity.
We like it for prices you can read at a glance (60% simply means the market rates an outcome a 60% chance) and for Matchbook-backed exchange odds behind a friendlier front end. Here is our easyBet review, starting with the welcome offer and the Promo Code.
easyBet Promo Code: YES30
Welcome offer: Bet £20, Get £30 in free bets
New easyBet customers only. UK residents only. Sign up with Promo Code YES30, deposit and place a first bet of £20 exclusively on a Predictions market at maximum odds of 80% (1.25); the bet must fully settle. £30 in free bets credited within 24 hours of settlement. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings. First deposits via Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard are excluded. T&Cs apply. 18+ | New customers only | GambleAware.org

easyBet welcome offer and sign up bonus
The offer is open to new easyBet customers aged 18 or over who live in the UK. Register at easybet.net or in the Predictions app with Promo Code YES30, deposit at least £20 using a method other than Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard, then make your first bet, for £20, on a Predictions market. The price you take must be no higher than 80%, the same as decimal odds of 1.25 or longer. Once that bet fully settles, win or lose, easyBet credits £30 in free bets within 24 hours, split as four £5 Predictions free bets and one £10 Exchange free bet.
A worked example:
- Sign up with YES30 and deposit £20 by debit card.
- Buy “Yes” at 60% on a football match winner for £20. Because 60% is below the 80% limit, the bet qualifies.
- If you are right, a £20 position at 60% returns about £33.33 (£20 divided by 0.60). If you are wrong, you lose the £20.
- Either way, once the market settles, the £30 in free bets follows.
- Had you bought “Yes” at 85%, the bet would not have qualified, because the price is above 80%.
Free bet stakes are not returned, so a £5 free bet at a price of 80% returns only £1.25 in winnings. Lower-probability positions pay more if they land, but they are also less likely to win, and a free bet cannot change that. The sensible use is on markets you already follow. The £10 Exchange free bet works on back bets in the usual way, at odds offered by other users, under the Exchange’s normal rules; backing and laying the same selection does not count towards qualifying volume.
The catches:
- Predictions only: the qualifying bet cannot go on the Exchange.
- Payment exclusions: “First deposits via Skrill, Neteller, or PaySafe card are excluded.”
- Wagering: none is stated, which sits within the UK’s 10x cap on bonus wagering.
- Expiry: not stated in the offer summary, so check the expiry date shown on each free bet in your account.
- Sister-brand rules: easyBet’s earlier welcome deal, which used a different code, excluded customers of sister brands such as Matchbook and barred anyone joining it from future 0% commission promotions. The YES30 summary does not repeat those exclusions, so Matchbook customers should check before claiming.

easyBet promo code
The easyBet Promo Code is YES30, and the terms say the offer “requires signing up with bonus code YES30”, so type it into the registration form before you finish signing up. Leave it out and the account opens without the welcome offer. You may still see the old code EB20 on other websites: it belonged to an earlier Bet £20 Get £20 deal that has passed its published end date, and codes from other sites can point to different offers altogether.

Our verdict
easyBet is an interesting newcomer rather than an all-round bookmaker. The Predictions product is simple to grasp once you see that prices are probabilities, and the welcome offer is reasonable for a £20 stake. The catch is that the qualifying bet must go on Predictions, and there is very little independent customer feedback to go on. If you mainly want a sportsbook with acca boosts and racing extras, other brands in DailyStoke’s ranking of UK betting sites will suit you better.
Pros
- £30 in free bets from a £20 qualifying stake, paid whether the bet wins or loses
- Predictions prices shown as percentages, easier to read than fractional odds
- Exchange liquidity shared with Matchbook, with back and lay betting and in-play trading
- Bet Builder on the Exchange app with up to 12 selections from one event
- Live streaming of UK, Irish, US and South African horse racing in the Exchange app
Cons
- The qualifying bet is restricted to Predictions markets, at 80% or lower
- Only £10 of the £30 can be used on the Exchange
- Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard first deposits do not qualify
- Newer customers pay a higher exchange commission than the earliest sign-ups
- No Trustpilot reviews and only 10 App Store ratings to judge it by
easyBet markets: Predictions, the Exchange and Bet Builder
Predictions cover yes or no questions on sport, such as match winners and outright markets, and on politics and current affairs. Prices move with demand and are matched between customers rather than set by a bookmaker. The homepage presents them as “the Trending markets of the day”.
The Exchange offers back and lay betting on football, horse racing and other sports, using Matchbook’s liquidity, with in-play trading and cash out. Multiples are priced from exchange odds, and the Exchange app adds a Bet Builder of up to 12 selections and live streaming of UK, Irish, US and South African horse racing.
Commission: easyBet earns money through commission on winning exchange bets rather than through a bookmaker margin.
If acca boosts or Best Odds Guaranteed on racing matter to you, check the promotions page before joining, as neither features in the welcome terms.
easyBet promotions for existing customers
As the brand is young, its promotions page changes often. Offers it has run include a Horse Racing Club that pays a weekly free bet for qualifying bets, a golf money back special (stake returned as a free bet up to £100 if your golfer leads after any round but fails to win), and monthly 10% rebates on net losses from Bet Builder and multiples bets of two or more legs, each with an opt-in. There is no VIP scheme.
easyBet payment methods and withdrawal times
Payment methods, minimums and withdrawal times vary by method, and the cashier shows each one before you confirm. For the welcome offer, avoid a first deposit by Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard, as those do not qualify.
easyBet app and customer service
easyBet runs separate apps for Predictions and for the Exchange on iOS and Android. The easyBet Exchange app holds 2.9 out of 5 from just 10 ratings on the UK App Store and 4.5 from 34 reviews on Google Play, where it has passed 10,000 downloads. Both samples are small, so read the scores with caution.
Contact options are listed in the help section of easybet.net and in the apps.
What players say
easyBet’s Trustpilot profile for easybet.net has been claimed by the company but has no reviews yet, so the app stores are the main source of feedback. On OLBG, a tipping and review site, it holds 3.9 out of 5 from 24 ratings.
“Just a few problems uploading my documents. Otherwise OK. Appears to have more liquidity than Betdaq but less markets,” wrote James on Google Play in March 2025.
“Great App for exchange & sportsbook,” wrote Barry on Google Play in September 2025.
“Non-starter, this app has many flaws including so many hurdles to withdraw your own winnings,” wrote Steve M. on Google Play in November 2024.
“…tried to ask on live chat but it was absolutely rubbish, nothing would send,” wrote Stupitta1 on the App Store in April 2025.
The pattern is a split one. Experienced exchange users like the liquidity, while newcomers struggle with the format, document checks and withdrawals. Independent reviews also note that newer customers pay a higher exchange commission than the earliest sign-ups did.
Is easyBet safe? Licence and safer gambling tools
easyBet launched in October 2024 as a partnership between easyGroup and Matchbook, which operates the site, with part of the licence fees going to Sir Stelios’s philanthropic causes. It runs under the UK Gambling Commission licence of Triplebet Limited, account 39504, registered in Alderney. Triplebet also runs Matchbook, and the register lists www.easybet.net as a white label domain on that account. Its remote licences cover general betting, pool betting, betting intermediary and casino activity, and all were active when we checked.
As a UK-licensed operator, easyBet must offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. You can also register with GAMSTOP to block all UK-licensed gambling sites at once. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware.org and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

| App rating (iOS) | 2.9 (10 ratings) | 4.7 (1.6k ratings) | 4.8 (4.6k ratings) |
Who should pick which: easyBet suits someone who wants to try yes or no prediction markets with a small stake. Matchbook, its sister brand, gives £30 in exchange, multiples and Bet Builder free bets for two £10 bets and suits regular exchange users; easyBet’s earlier terms excluded Matchbook customers, so check before trying to claim both. Smarkets is the better fit for frequent exchange bettors, as 60 days without commission can be worth more than a one-off free bet.
