Lucky VIP is an online casino from the Rank Group, the company behind Grosvenor and Mecca, and it is built around slots: Jackpot King progressives, Megaways, Slingo and a lobby of 1000-series Pragmatic Play hits, with a Playtech live studio on the side. It shares its cashier and safer gambling tools with The Vic and Grosvenor.
We like it for two things. Most withdrawals reach the bank within 15 minutes, and a £20 first deposit brings a £40 bonus, twice what The Vic adds for the same money. Here is our Lucky VIP review, starting with the welcome offer and the Promo Code.
Lucky VIP Promo Code: None needed
Welcome offer: Play with £60, Deposit £20
New players only. Min Dep £20, excl. Paypal & Paysafe. £40 bonus on selected games. Max win £100. T&Cs apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org
Lucky VIP welcome offer and sign up bonus
The offer is for first-time depositors aged 18 and over in the UK. Register, open the cashier and the welcome offer is already selected; you can remove it before depositing if you would rather play with cash only. Deposit at least £20 by debit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer and a £40 bonus lands in your bonus balance. First deposits through PayPal or Paysafe do not qualify.
Here is how it plays out. You deposit £20 and receive £40, so your balance reads £60. Lucky VIP spends your £20 cash first, then the bonus, and bets that mix the two pay out proportionately to each balance. To release anything from the bonus balance, you must wager the deposit plus bonus, £60, ten times: £600 in total, within 7 days and on the approved games. At 20p a spin, that is 3,000 spins in a week. Once the target is met, up to £100 of the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Anything above £100 is removed, and unused bonus funds are forfeited when the seven days run out.
The approved games are Big Bass Splash 1000, Sugar Rush 1000, Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Starlight Princess 1000, 777 Deluxe Jackpot King, Eye of Horus The Golden Tablet Jackpot King, Diamond Mine Megaways Jackpot King, Bankin’ More Bacon Jackpot King, Deal or No Deal Bankers Boost Jackpot King and Premium Blackjack. They do not count equally. The 1000-series slots count 100%, the Jackpot King titles 50% and Premium Blackjack 10%, so clearing £600 on blackjack alone would take £6,000 of stakes.
The catches are worth spelling out:
- Withdrawing early: taking any money out of your cash balance before the wagering is done forfeits the remaining bonus.
- One welcome offer: claiming this rules you out of any other Lucky VIP welcome offer.
- Bonus abuse rules: the usual Rank terms apply, including the ban on switching games mid-bonus round to dodge wagering limits.
- No free spins: the welcome offer carries none, whatever older listings say.
When DailyStoke worked through the terms, the sensible route was clear: stick to the 1000-series slots, keep stakes small enough to reach £600 of turnover in a week without rushing, and leave your cash balance alone until the wagering is done. Because winnings above £100 are cut at conversion, there is nothing to gain from chasing a big balance. Read the £40 as extra playing time with a modest prize at the end, not as £40 of spending money.

Lucky VIP promo code
You do not need a Promo Code for the Lucky VIP welcome offer. It sits in the cashier when you make your first deposit, so there is nothing to type and nothing to forget; just check the offer is still ticked before you pay in £20 or more. If you deposit with it switched off, the bonus will not be added, so contact support before you start playing.
Lucky VIP does send Promo Codes by email to selected existing players, but those unlock separate rewards. Codes you see on other sites may be for different offers or out of date, and none of them changes the welcome bonus.

Our verdict
Lucky VIP runs on the same Rank platform as Grosvenor and The Vic, so the cashier, the safer gambling tools and the quick payouts are the same well-tested machinery. The welcome bonus is the outlier. Doubling a £20 deposit into a £40 bonus looks generous, yet the £100 cap on winnings and the seven-day deadline make it a short, tight offer rather than a route to a big balance. Players who like the listed slots and play regularly will get some value from it. Anyone hoping to turn £60 into a large withdrawal should look at The Vic or Grosvenor, where the cap is £2,000 and the clock runs for 30 days.
Pros
- £40 bonus on a £20 deposit, double The Vic’s £20 bonus for the same deposit
- No Promo Code to remember; the offer is applied in the cashier
- Fast Withdrawals to all major UK banks and PayPal, usually within 15 minutes
- £10 minimum deposit and withdrawal outside the welcome offer, with no fees listed
- Rank’s net deposit limits, plus Take a Break from 24 hours to 6 weeks
Cons
- Bonus winnings capped at £100, against £2,000 at The Vic and Grosvenor
- Only 7 days to complete £600 of wagering
- Eleven eligible games, with Premium Blackjack counting just 10%
- PayPal and Paysafe first deposits do not qualify
- Trustpilot score of 2.5/5 and no iOS app
Lucky VIP casino games: slots, Megaways, jackpots and live tables
Lucky VIP’s lobby is built around slots. The menus split into Slots, New Games, Megaways, Jackpots and Live Casino, with themed collections such as Big Bass Jackpots, Bonanza Central and Dead Man’s Vault, plus Slingo and game shows. A Daily Slot Boost section in the lobby links to a staking promotion on selected slots.
Jackpots are a strong point. Rank’s Jackpot King titles run through the bonus game list, and the jackpot section covers Jackpot Hunt and Big Bass Jackpots alongside the standalone progressives. Megaways fans will find a dedicated tab.
The live casino studio on the homepage is Playtech Live Casino, offering roulette, blackjack and game shows, and some tables list stakes from 10p up to £2,500. Table game players should note that only Premium Blackjack counts towards the welcome bonus, and at 10%.
Existing-customer promotions and loyalty at Lucky VIP
The name suggests a VIP scheme, but Lucky VIP does not advertise a tiered loyalty programme. Instead, eligible players get one free spin a day on the Free to Play wheel, usable between 8am and 23:59, and any non-cash prizes from it are valid for 24 hours, so use them the same day. Beyond that there are seasonal promotions ranging from deposit rewards to prize draws, Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins tournaments, and Promo Codes emailed to selected players that unlock bonus funds or free spins. Check the Promotions tab for the current line-up.
Lucky VIP payment methods and withdrawal times
Lucky VIP is quick to pay. Most withdrawals are processed instantly and reach the bank within 15 minutes, because all major UK banks and PayPal are enabled for Fast Withdrawals. Visa and Mastercard cards without Fast Withdrawals take 1 to 3 working days. There are no listed fees, and the minimum is £10 each way.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Minimum | Typical withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa debit | Yes | Yes | £10 | Within 15 minutes with Fast Withdrawals; otherwise 1 to 3 working days |

Expect identity and age checks before your first withdrawal. Sending documents early avoids delays.
Lucky VIP app and customer service
There is no dedicated Lucky VIP app on the UK App Store, and the site is designed to run in a mobile browser on phones and tablets.
Support runs through the help centre at support.luckyvip.com, which hosts the FAQs and the contact options. Complaints follow Rank’s published complaints policy, with independent dispute resolution available if a complaint is not settled.
What players say about Lucky VIP
Lucky VIP has a TrustScore of 2.5 out of 5 from 190 reviews on Trustpilot, a split verdict rather than a uniformly poor one: 38% of reviewers give five stars and 38% give one.
The fans talk about the games. “Actually a very good casino,” wrote Michal N. on Trustpilot in September 2024, adding that “apart from couple games it doesnt just drain balance to zero”. The complaints cluster around promotions and verification. “THEY OFFER A PROMO, DONT HONOUR IT AND THEN BLAME YOU,” wrote Michelle H. in February 2025, while Valentina, in April 2024, said she understood the need for checks but added: “it’s a joke nearly a week and still nothing.” Helen H. went further in March 2024: “Lucky are possibly the worst of the three Rank sites”.
The recurring themes are bonus disputes and slow identity checks on one side, and enjoyment of the slots on the other. With only 190 reviews and none posted in the past year, it is a thin, dated sample next to bigger Rank brands, so read the most recent pages before you sign up.
Licence, safety and safer gambling tools at Lucky VIP
Lucky VIP is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission account 57924, covering casino, bingo and betting. Luckyvip.com is listed as an active domain on the Commission’s public register. The same company holds Gibraltar licences RGL 133 and RGL 134 for players outside Great Britain.
The safer gambling tools are the standard Rank set, and they are good:
- Deposit limits: net and gross deposit limits in the cashier’s My Limits tab
- Reality checks: game session reminders at regular intervals
- Take a Break: locks the account for 24 hours to 6 weeks, with no early unlock
- Self-exclusion: 6 months to 5 years, applied across other Rank Interactive accounts
- GAMSTOP: free self-exclusion from every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain
Set a deposit limit before you claim any bonus, and treat gambling as paid entertainment, not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, free confidential help is available from GambleAware.org and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, open 24 hours a day.
Lucky VIP vs The Vic vs Grosvenor
All three are Rank Group casinos with the same cashier and safer gambling tools, so the choice comes down to the welcome offer.
