Kitty Bingo is a friendly, low-stakes bingo site from the Rank Group, the company behind Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos, and it has been calling numbers since 2012. It is at its liveliest in the evening, when the free and penny rooms fill up and the chat hosts get going.
We like it for the nightly free bingo in Penny Heaven and for a welcome bonus with a modest 6x wagering target and a full 30 days to clear it. Here is our Kitty Bingo review, starting with the welcome offer and the Promo Code.

Kitty Bingo welcome offer and sign up bonus
Kitty Bingo has dropped its old £5 entry deal and now asks new players for a £10 stake, with a bigger £35 bingo bonus in return. It is a “stake to unlock” deal: depositing alone does nothing, and you choose your welcome offer by what you play first. Head into Main Event Bingo and you are on the bingo route; play The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King and you are on the slots route. You cannot have both.
Who can claim. New players registering for the first time, aged 18 or over, with a first deposit of at least £10. Deposits through PayPal and Paysafe do not qualify, so use a debit card, Apple Pay or Trustly. Only the first deposit counts: make a second deposit before you qualify and you lose the right to any welcome offer. Players previously told they are not entitled to bonuses are excluded.
The bingo route, with real numbers. You register through the offer link and deposit £10 by Visa debit card. Within 7 days of that deposit you buy £10 of tickets in Main Event Bingo. Kitty Bingo then adds a £35 bingo bonus. To turn it into withdrawable cash you need to spend six times its value on bingo, £35 x 6 = £210 of tickets, within Main Event Bingo, and you have 30 days from the day the bonus lands. Whatever is left after that is forfeited.
The slots route, with real numbers. You deposit £10 and play £10 on the Goonies slot within 7 days (the terms refer to a 10p initial spend). You then receive 100 free spins at 10p each, a face value of £10, on that game only, to be used within 7 days. Say the spins return £8. That £8 arrives as bonus money with 10x wagering, so you must stake £80 on the same slot within another 7 days. Once that is done, the balance converts to cash, up to a maximum of £200; anything above is removed.
The catches.
- The bingo bonus lives in one room. The previous offer allowed qualifying play across most rooms; this one is tied to Main Event Bingo for both the qualifying spend and the wagering.
- The homepage banner mentions only Paysafecard as excluded, but the full terms exclude PayPal as well.
- Two seven-day clocks run back to back on the spins route, so claim it when you have time to play.
- Cash can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so forfeits any bonus money that has not met its wagering.
- Where a stake uses both cash and bonus money, winnings are split proportionately between the two balances.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other; ID and address checks may be requested; syndicate play, collusion and “parking” cash to clear wagering can see bonuses and winnings removed.
If you are mainly a bingo player, the £35 bonus is the more natural fit, with a longer life and a lower multiple than the spins.

Kitty Bingo promo code
There is no Kitty Bingo Promo Code. Register through the offer link, make your first deposit and play £10 in Main Event Bingo or on the qualifying slot; the bonus follows the game you choose. Forgetting a code costs you nothing, but making a second deposit before you qualify does. Codes floating around other sites are often left over from older Kitty deals with different terms, so go by the promotion page on the site itself.

Our verdict
Kitty Bingo is a sociable, budget-minded bingo site with the backing of the Rank Group, owner of Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos. The new welcome deal is better value than the old one in pure pounds, with £35 of bingo money for a £10 spend, and 6x wagering keeps the target reachable for regular players. The weak spots are the restriction of the bonus to one room, the exclusion of PayPal from the offer and a poor Trustpilot record built largely on withdrawal and verification complaints.
Pros
- £35 bingo bonus at 6x wagering (£210 of tickets), well inside the UK 10x cap
- 30 days to clear the bingo bonus, against 7 days on many spin offers
- Free bingo every night from 8pm to 9pm in Penny Heaven
- A daily Free to Play spin, open from 8am to 11.59pm
- PayPal and Apple Pay withdrawals typically land in around 15 minutes
- Owned by the London-listed Rank Group, with Gibraltar licences RGL 133 and 134 alongside its UKGC account
Cons
- The bingo bonus can only be played in Main Event Bingo
- PayPal and Paysafe deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer
- Free spin winnings are capped at £200 and must be cleared at 10x within 7 days
- Debit card withdrawals can take up to three working days
- Trustpilot score of 1.4 from 282 reviews, with 59% at one star
Bingo rooms, ticket prices and side games
Kitty Bingo runs on Rank’s bingo network, which means shared jackpots and network tournaments with its sister sites, and busier rooms than a stand-alone site could manage. The lobby covers 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, 40-ball and 36-ball games, plus Emoji Bingo and live-hosted shows.
The rooms most players will find first:
- Main Event: Big Cash Money (90-ball) is the room tied to the welcome bonus and one of the busiest on the site.
- Penny Heaven (90-ball) has tickets from 1p, free bingo every night from 8pm to 9pm, and buy-one-get-one-free games on Mondays from 12.30pm to 2pm.
- Bargain Box Bingo (90-ball) is aimed at low-cost play.
- Kitty 75 (75-ball) offers the pattern-based American format.
- Speed Bingo (90-ball) keeps games short for quick sessions.
- Dab & Blab Live hosts the Friday night shows from 8pm to 10pm.
Ticket prices vary by room and session, and each room shows its price in the lobby before you buy. The welcome terms exclude some branded games from bonus play, so Main Event is where your £35 goes.
Beyond bingo there is a casino lobby with slots, Slingo, scratchcards, arcade games, table games and live casino. The slots include Playtech’s Age of the Gods network jackpots, and the Goonies game in the welcome offer carries a Jackpot King progressive. Chat hosts run games in the rooms, which is a big part of the appeal for regulars.
Promotions and loyalty for existing players
Kitty Bingo’s ongoing offers lean towards small daily extras rather than big reload bonuses.
- Free to Play: one free spin a day for eligible players, available from 8am to 11.59pm.
- Free bingo in Penny Heaven: every night from 8pm to 9pm.
- Monday BOGOF: buy-one-get-one-free tickets in Penny Heaven from 12.30pm to 2pm.
- Friday live shows: big-prize games in Dab & Blab Live from 8pm to 10pm.
- Daily bingo offers: rotating picks tied to the regular schedule.
Any bonus from loyalty or reload offers must follow the same UK rule as the welcome deal: no more than 10x wagering.

What Kitty Bingo players say
Kitty Bingo holds a TrustScore of 1.4 out of 5 from 282 reviews on Trustpilot, with 59% at one star and 28% at five. The company has not been replying to negative reviews.
The happier reviewers talk about quick wins and the free games. “Deposited £20 and withdrew £70, a quick £50 profit cannot complain at all!” wrote Shan M. on Trustpilot in June 2026. Kathryn gave a more mixed verdict in October 2026: “Chats okay on free bingo but deposited 10 and win sod all…”
The complaints follow a pattern: withdrawals that stall, repeated requests for proof of identity, accounts restricted after a win and free spins that feel thin. “Payout times are ridiculous,” wrote Pokemon Masters on Trustpilot in October 2026, and Stephanie R. opened her September 2026 review with: “Avoid, had money in my account and wanted to withdraw.”
Trustpilot scores for UK bingo sites tend to skew negative, since unhappy players are more likely to post, but the volume of verification complaints is something to weigh before you deposit.
Licence, safety and safer gambling at Kitty Bingo
Kitty Bingo is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, registered in Gibraltar under number 120385. For players in Great Britain it is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 57924, and kittybingo.com is listed as an active domain on the Commission’s public register. Customers outside Great Britain are covered by Gibraltar licences RGL 133 and RGL 134. The parent company, the Rank Group, is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The site offers the standard UK safer gambling tools:
- Deposit limits set daily, weekly or monthly from your account.
- Time-outs for short breaks, and longer self-exclusion if you need it.
- GAMSTOP, the free national self-exclusion scheme, which blocks you from all UKGC-licensed gambling sites at once.

Bingo should be paid for out of money you can afford to spend on entertainment. If it stops feeling like fun, use the tools above or call the helpline.

Who should pick which. When DailyStoke lined up the three offers, Kitty sat in the middle on both bonus size and wagering. Kitty Bingo is the choice if you want a decent bingo balance from £10 and plenty of free and penny games in the evenings. Mecca Bingo, its sister site, has the lower entry point at £5 and adds a voucher for its land-based clubs, which suits players who also visit a Mecca hall. Panda Bingo offers the largest bonus and the lowest wagering of the three, though its terms cap conversion at one times the bonus, so check that limit before you play.
