DraftKings Casino Review: 500 Flex Spins for $5, Up to $1,000 Replay and a $22.4M Jackpot

DraftKings Casino is the real-money casino from the Boston company that started in daily fantasy, grew into one of America’s two biggest sportsbooks and has turned its casino into the product it arguably does best. It is live in five states: Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, one more than FanDuel or bet365, and Connecticut is the reason.

We like it for its jackpots, headlined by a $22.4 million Huff N’ Even More Puff win in Michigan that DraftKings calls the largest online jackpot in its US history, and for Flex Spins, which let you choose from more than 100 slots instead of being locked to one. Here is our DraftKings Casino review, starting with the welcome offer and the promo code.

DraftKings Casino welcome offer and sign-up bonus

New players in the five DraftKings casino states who deposit $5 or more get two things, and it helps to treat them separately.

Flex Spins. These are DraftKings’ newer spin format. Ordinary bonus spins lock you into one slot; Flex Spins let you pick from a list of more than 100 eligible titles. Each spin has a fixed stake, and 500 of them are released over 10 days, so expect about 50 a day.

First Day Replay. This is a lossback. Whatever you are down at the end of your first day of play, DraftKings refunds as Casino Credits, up to $1,000. If you are up, you simply keep your winnings and there is nothing to refund.

Casino Credits have a 1x playthrough. Here is how that works in dollars:

• You deposit $300 on a Saturday night in Hartford and finish the day down $180.
• DraftKings credits $180 in Casino Credits.
• You wager the $180 once (1 x $180). The credits themselves can’t be withdrawn, but winnings from that pass go to your cash balance.
• Say you end the pass with $140: that $140 is withdrawable cash.

The replay is worth far more to a big first-day player than a small one. A $20 session that loses $20 gets $20 back; a $1,000 session that goes badly gets the full $1,000.

The catches: the replay only pays if day one goes badly, and both spins and credits carry expiry dates. Not everything counts equally toward a DraftKings playthrough either, which matters when you later take a Casino Bonus with a higher multiple. DraftKings’ own table sets most slots and keno at 100%, blackjack, roulette, live dealer and crash games at 20%, and craps, baccarat and video poker at 0%. So $100 on blackjack clears $20 of a requirement, and $100 on baccarat clears nothing. Your deposit is used first, then winnings from it, then bonus funds. There is no no-deposit bonus.

To claim it:

1. Download DraftKings Casino from the App Store or Google Play, or go to casino.draftkings.com.
2. Sign up, or sign in with an existing DraftKings account.
3. Enter your legal name, date of birth, address and Social Security number details. DraftKings may ask for a driver’s license or proof of residence if the automatic check fails.
4. Allow location services so geolocation can confirm you are in an eligible state.
5. Deposit $5 or more to trigger the welcome offer.
6. Your first day of play counts toward the First Day Replay; Flex Spins arrive over the next 10 days.

Our verdict

DraftKings Casino is the pick for anyone in Connecticut and for slots players who care about jackpots. The welcome offer is cheap to trigger, the 1x Casino Credits are easy to clear, and Flex Spins fix the old problem of spins locked to a game you don’t like. Its customer complaint record is weaker than FanDuel’s and its payment details are harder to find before you sign up, but the product itself is one of the best in the US.

Pros

• First Day Replay worth up to $1,000

Games

The App Store listing advertises more than 1,000 real-money games.

Slots. DraftKings carries the big US franchises, such as Huff N’ Even More Puff, Cash Eruption, Wolf It Up, Bao Zhu Zhao Fu Jade Celebration and 5 Flaming Dollars, plus exclusive slots it says you can’t play anywhere else.

DraftKings Jackpots. The in-house progressive is opt-in with a small extra cost per wager. DraftKings states single-level jackpot odds of 10,000,000 to 1 in Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and 5,000,000 to 1 in West Virginia. Recent named winners include $1.83 million on Wolf It Up in Connecticut, $1.39 million on Bao Zhu Zhao Fu Jade Celebration in Pennsylvania and $1.17 million on Cash Eruption in West Virginia.

Live dealer. Live tables let you play blackjack, roulette and baccarat against a human dealer with other DraftKings players at the table. DraftKings’ own pages don’t name the live studio supplier.

Table games. Blackjack (including DraftKings-exclusive versions), roulette, craps, baccarat, Spanish 21 and video poker. Crash-style games like Rocket sit in their own category.

Promotions for existing players

Existing players see rotating offers on the Rewards and Casino Credits pages. Casino play also feeds DraftKings Dynasty Rewards, the loyalty scheme shared across the sportsbook, casino, fantasy, Pick6 and Golden Nugget. You earn Crowns and tier progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Onyx, and Crowns can be redeemed for casino credits, free bets, event tickets and DraftKings merchandise.

Payments and withdrawals

DraftKings shows its full list of methods and limits in the cashier, which varies by state. The welcome offer needs a $5 deposit.

• Visa debit: deposits and withdrawals; DraftKings says debit withdrawals can reach your bank account in minutes, depending on your bank.
• Venmo: supported for transfers to DraftKings accounts.
• Other methods: offered by state in the cashier.

Approved withdrawals go back to your original deposit method first. DraftKings may ask for ID, proof of address or tax forms before releasing larger payouts, and winnings may be subject to tax reporting.

App and customer service

DraftKings Casino is a standalone app, but it uses your DraftKings account, so a sportsbook or fantasy customer can log in with the same details. You must be physically inside one of the five states, and geolocation checks this before real-money play. Jackpot odds and some games vary by state.

• App Store (iOS): 4.7 out of 5 from about 112,000 ratings, DraftKings Casino - Real Money.
• Google Play (Android): 4.7 out of 5 from about 39,000 reviews, with more than a million downloads.

DraftKings lists support@draftkings.com and casino@draftkings.com, plus a help center at support.draftkings.com and a contact page on draftkings.com.

What players say

The reviews are warmer than most. “It’s the most entertaining hands down,” wrote 718tubes on the App Store in August 2026, a player who said they had only been playing online casinos for about five months. Bigmaxx99 was more mixed in September 2025: “I love the DraftKings casino app,” they wrote, but “DraftKings falls short in their promotions and free bonuses.”

On Google Play, Mel M. wrote in July 2026: “I was pleased to receive a deposit in under 10 minutes,” while flagging that “If a deposit doesn’t complete, the system still thinks you have hit the deposit limit you have set.” In September 2026 a reviewer posting as BS “Yup” Free was blunter: “Barely any wins and bonuses are BS…” adding that the app froze their phone.

The recurring themes are the entertainment value, the jackpot drops and fast payments on one side, and app glitches, freezes and stingy ongoing promotions on the other. The overall ratings are 4.7 from about 112,000 App Store ratings and 4.7 from about 39,000 Google Play reviews. Off the stores the picture is weaker: the BBB lists DraftKings Inc. with an F rating, not accredited, citing hundreds of complaints marked as failure to respond. DraftKings also agreed to return $3 million to Connecticut customers after a Department of Consumer Protection investigation into its marketing, which is worth knowing if promotional wording matters to you.

When DailyStoke set the DraftKings deal against FanDuel’s, the trade-off was clear: half the spins, but more freedom in where you use them and a much bigger safety net if day one goes badly. bet365 gives guaranteed match money but makes you work 15 to 20 times harder for it.
