Gabriel Medina was the first Brazilian to ever win a Men’s Championship Tour title in 2014—back when it was named the ASP World Tour—and then became the first from his country to win two crowns last year. The 25-year-old can add another national accolade to his records by becoming the first Brazilian to retain the WSL Men’s Championship Tour in 2019, and he’s priced as a 3/1 (4.00) favourite to do so with Unibet.
Hawaiian John John Florence won back-to-back titles in 2016 and 2017 and is a 4/1 (5.00) shot to reclaim top spot this summer, while Filipe Toledo follows Brazilian countryman Medina close behind at 5/1 (6.00).
